Intermediate Mechanical Engineer – 3+ years experience

Mainstream Engineering (MEL) is a dynamic consultancy offering mechanical maintenance engineering, project management, mechanical design, drafting and 3D modelling services to domestic and international clients.

Utilising the latest in 2D drafting and 3D modelling software along with practical know-how, our aim is to provide first class services to meet the needs of the production and manufacturing industry.

To assist with an abundance of project management, mechanical engineering and design work we are seeking a Mechanical Engineer who takes pride in exceeding customer expectations.

Key skills for this role include:

• Excellent problem solving skills
• Sound conceptual understanding of what is required to meet clients needs
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Heavy industry experience would be a benefit
• Job management experience
• Structural, piping or FEA experience would be an advantage
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products and ideally a capability to use MS Project
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 3+ years experience
